The Quad City Engineering and Science Council (QCESC) is in its 55th  year of operation as a non-profit, umbrella organization representing ~20 engineering, science and technical societies in the Quad City area with approximately 3,000 associated professional members. Our Mission is “To Promote and support engineering, science, and technical professionals and associated societies in Quad City Region and To Encourage and support students to study in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related fields”. We are actively seeking new society members as well as additional corporate sponsors and donors to help support our mission. There is no fee to join.

We annually sponsor, promote and support events such as our QCESC Annual Banquet that recognizes STEM professionals and educators as well as awards scholarships to high school seniors, Society Reception for local Technical Society members, STEM Educator Night Outs, and Golf Classic Fundraiser. We also provides organization, judges and volunteers for the local STEM* activities for area Youth including: Bridge Building Day Camp and Battle of the Bridges competition, FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Kickoff & Qualifiers, FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Kickoff & League Meets/Tournaments, QC Tech Challenge, Kids Engineering Camp, Trebuchet Egg Throw Contest, Cardboard Boat Race, Solar Car Workshop and more!
